A project begins through Discuss an Idea. The submission is recorded in Account → Requests and linked to the client account when signed in. If Keynex needs further detail, questions or requests for supporting information remain attached to the same request. New activity is surfaced through Messages and Notifications, while replies, files and context remain together throughout review.

Once the request has been accepted and the scope is sufficiently clear, Keynex prepares the proposal under Account → Quotes. It defines the agreed scope, deliverables, price, payment terms and relevant conditions. Drafts remain internal until sent. The client can then review the proposal and its documents and accept or decline it from the account.

Acceptance records the client's approval of the proposal and establishes the commercial basis for production. It does not by itself unlock the product. Whether Keynex can begin immediately depends on the agreed payment mode: upfront and staged arrangements may require commencement payment, while after-delivery terms allow production to begin before final payment.

The accepted proposal determines when production is permitted to begin. Upfront and split plans can require a commencement invoice and confirmed payment before work proceeds; after-delivery terms allow work to begin without an initial payment. Any applicable invoice appears under Account → Invoices and follows the accepted payment schedule.

When the product is delivered, it appears under Account → Projects as its continuing client interface, not simply a delivery record. The project page brings together status, delivery information, files, relevant links and product controls. If a final invoice is the delivery gate, access can remain restricted until payment is confirmed. The corresponding product access is then unlocked for the client.
